7. Fees and Payments

Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Prague, Czech Republic.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users by email or through a notice on our Service.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
